Head Space support group working with Leeds Mind has a 'Dealing with Christmas course on 2nd December' and continues with the self- esteem sessions Wednesdays 12.30 -2.30pm 7^th and, 14^th December in Rothwell Medical centre and at the Pavilion Café 28th December.
